As human beings we are all fascinated with each other and how we look. Everything about a person is in their face. Body language is also uniquely personal, the way we hold our neck and shoulders or hands. I try to capture some of the inner – not just the outer – person in a portrait. A portrait to me should include a glimpse into the soul or personality of the subject.
