African Paintings

Many of my paintings and drawings have been influenced by my fourteen years in Africa and subsequent visits to other African countries, drawing inspiration from the colours, the spirit and the way of life. To see my other paintings click HERE I work in oil, acrylics, watercolour and do collages and drawings. The sizes of my artwork vary from miniatures 10 x 10cm to 100 x 80cm.
It is only since 2010 that I have concentrated fully on my paintings and sculptures. I exhibit at least four times a year in group exhibitions and had 16 solo exhibitions over the years in different countries. I am an active member of the Sutton Coldfield Society of Artists, the Midland’s Potters Association, the Birmingham Art Circle and a Member of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists.
